The website provides information about Tru Medical Office Park, its tenants and available space, and lets visitors and tenants contact the property management team. It is owned by TruEdge LLC and managed by BRASS (together, “we” or “us”).
Not for emergencies
Forms and building alerts are not monitored around the clock and are not for emergencies. For fire, medical or security emergencies, call 911. Submitting a request does not guarantee a response within any particular time.
No medical information or advice
The website is about the building, not the medical practices in it. It does not provide medical advice, and you should not submit medical or patient information through it. For care, contact the practice directly.
Leasing information
Suite availability, sizes, floor plans, photos and other leasing details are provided for general information, may change without notice, and are not an offer to lease. Square footage and plans are approximate. Only a written lease signed by TruEdge LLC creates any leasing commitment. A showing request is a request, not a confirmed appointment, until the leasing team confirms it.
Tenant directory and other websites
Tenant names and links are listed for convenience. Each tenant is an independent business responsible for its own services and website. A listing is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for the content or practices of other websites.
Using the forms
When you submit a form, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information and only submit requests you are authorized to make.
- Upload only photos and documents you have the right to share, without viruses or harmful content.
- Not use the forms to send spam, advertising, harassment or anything unlawful.
We may decline or remove submissions that break these terms, and we may limit access from connections that misuse the website.
Building alerts
Alerts are optional and free from us, though your carrier's standard data rates may apply. We send them as a courtesy and do not guarantee that every alert will be delivered or arrive on time, since delivery depends on your device and its push service. Always follow official notices posted at the building. You can turn alerts off anytime on the Building Alerts page.
Staff dashboard
The management dashboard is only for authorized property staff. Attempting to access it without permission is prohibited.
Content and trademarks
The website's text, photos, building maps, logos and design belong to TruEdge LLC, BRASS or their licensors. You may view and print pages and download floor plans and maps for your own use in considering or managing space at the property. Any other copying or use requires our written permission. Tenant names and logos belong to their respective owners.
No warranty
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, or for errors, outages or delays.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website means you accept the current terms.
